I added a crafting recipe for the Expert tools in the workbench, because I wanted a guaranteed way of obtaining the Expert Toolkit , instead of relying on RNG and having to grind for 50+ hours. Alternatively for expert tools, you can do the quest for snitch to kill the top ten stalkers in the zone and you can save scum his quest reward if you don’t want to spend 5 hours finding them.
