RD is march 2021I just sent back my RFE which was a new Medical Exam, and I would like to know your experience of how long to get a decision or approved after sending back your i-485 RFE. I heard that some people got approved in 2-4 days after sending back the RFE and sometimes 2 weeks or more, is that true? even though the USCIS have 60 days or more.So say your i485 is pending for 6 months but the average time for the FO is 18 months. 18-6 is 12. Your waiting time can be anything between 2-4 weeks and 12 months. In my case the FO took 6 months to process my i485 after I sent them the medicals. Same boat! Haven’t received approval yet but my status was updated to ‘RFE response received’.I received RFE to send again but updated medical examination. The officer gave me the RFE in my interview. Although the interview went well and officer told me that I will receive my GC in 4 weeks after sending response of RFE. I am a adjustment status pending by marriage US citizen. I haven't receive any response yet.
