2024 Litter robot blinking cycle light

My Litter Robot won't reset. The blue light is constantly flashing. When reset is pressed the yellow light then flashes. It pinch sensor has been cleaned and they are touching. The DFI sensors have been cleaned. Help!!! Thank you so much in advance for your help!. Bmv hours columbus
