The JD 4020 is now ready to go back to work.Remove the screw, install a plastic line on the fitting and start the tractor. Turn the steering wheel to the RH stop position and open the fitting slowly. Let oil bleed out the line until no bubbles are present then tighten the fitting. Be careful as the steering wheel may jump after the bubbles are gone. Jul 13, 2015 · The super 4020 title was a very accurate on for them. 18.4x38 tires are probably the most common size for them. The power difference between them and a 4020 is very noticeable. Without a turbo a 4020 will usually smoke very heavy once you push it to around 110 hp. With the turbo the 4320 can push up near 150 with very little difficulty. . Sorry but I think you'll need to remove RS valve housing to resolve the 3 pt problem. 1st I'll suggest to acquire a 5000# gauge and check stand-by pressure. If stand-by pressure isn't above 1700 psi the priority valve would be blocking pressure oil to 3 pt. Stand-by pressure should be 2250 psi. Mar 28, 2024. #3. First I checked the priority valve to see if it was stuck, but it was moving fine. Then we pulled the stroke control valve, which was stuck.
