After 18 month(!) our I-130 has finally been approved on May 19,2023 but I-485 is still under the review (although a second review appeared on May 19,2023). ... Also got I-130 approved on 5/20, nothing on I-485 (active review since November 2022, day of my biometrics). Charlotte FO Reply reply If you sent your medicals, it doesn't mean that it took 10 months to look at your case, it means that your case is approved. Most people in November got approved after I-130 change to this as it actually meant it was approved. My i-130 changed to CASE ACTIVELY reviewed on the 19th, the 20th i485 got approved, then on the 22nd i-130 got approved ... I just checked our online account and it says that as of Oct 21, the I-130 is under review but as of Oct 22 the I-485 says "case approved." My I485’s status turned to actively reviewing on the forth day after the PD and remained that way for around one year until I got an RFE for my medical records. And based on my personal experience, they approved my I130 two days ahead my I485.Actively reviewed on March, no news since then. Me too, my PD March 24,2022 for I130,I485,I756, I131, got ead card in April. I485 is activing now about 80 days ago, I 131 is still status " just recieved" since I apply my documents.What experiences have you guys had, my I-485 went into actively reviewing when the RFE was intially send for I-130 about over a month ago, my work permit and AP have not gotten approved it’s been 8 months since we applied, at this point it seems like work permit/AP is a lost cause, can anybody share any similar experiences.
