When the dark blue line (High Spd Rly Ctrl) is energized, it powers the Right fan directly as well as energizing the Ser/Par relay to provide a ground to the Left fan. This runs both at High speed, not just one. For your situation, check Fuse 17 and the 2 relays for "Fan 1" and "Ser/Par".Once the system is hot, normal temperature, it should build pressure and squeezing the hose, it should feel noticeably more firm. If it doesn't feel noticeably more firm, the pressure cap might be bad. You won't see it by looking at it usually.
